When filling this form and accepting our privacy policy, each person accepts and authorizes MIRAI to use and automatically handle the provided data with the following in mind:

If you are making a reservation, we will:

• Give the necessary service so that your reservation is booked at the selected establishment, where your information will be shared to guarantee the reservation
• Send an email with a survey to rate your stay at the selected establishment

If you are reviewing an establishment, we will:

• Publish the information provided by you on Hotelsearch.com as well as on other associate websites or Mirai collaborators' sites
• Contact the establishment you have just reviewed giving with your name and dates of your stay
• Publish your name and place of origin having received your authorization to do so (we will never publish your email address)

MIRAI guarantees that the aforementioned files are its total responsibility and that they are duly declared and inscribed in the General Registry of the Agencia de Protección de Datos (Privacy Agency).

MIRAI informs its guests that they may exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel or oppose their information. To this end, you should write a letter to the above head office address with the Reference: "Privacy" or send an e- mail to the e-mail address: "protecciondatos@miraiespana.com".

MIRAI guarantees that it will treat personal information with confidentiality, and guarantees that the server in which the information is stored has the security measures established by Spanish law regarding privacy of information.

Use of cookies
