• Quietness: Not rated The walls must be made of paper. Everything that goes on in neighbouring rooms can be heard. I heard someone in the hotel sneeze and it sounded as though they were in the same room as me.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 One day they forgot to clean the appartement. On request they brought very fast clean towels.
• Location: 10 It is a perfect location in the middle of Madrid in case for sightseeing, visiting a park, museum or other. Very close to a very cosy square (Plaza Santa Ana. Also close to the subway (sevilla, but you everything is on walking distance. Several small supermarkets on walking distance (ie 50 meters)
