• Positive: Great location, spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned every day, with a lovely bathroom. Very friendly and heplful staff, and all public areas were attractive and as shown in the photo gallery
• Negative: The apartment bore absolutely no resemblance to any photo shown, the beds pulled down from the wall in the 'apartment' and were uncomfortable. The room was very hot even at the end of April, with no air con available, and opening a window made little difference as it opened out onto small 13 storey area enclosed on all sides (don't expect a view!). There was no hairdryer, microwave, kettle or coffee maker as promised.

• Negative: me asignaron una habitacion con alformbra en la habitacion y era de fumadores. Todo el apartamento estaba impregnado de olor a cigarrillo muy fuerte. Dos del grupo nos dio catarro. solo estuvimos una noche pero tres dias mas tarde volviamos a quedarnos. solicitamos que nos dieran una habitacion de no fumar y sin alfombras. Asi lo hicieron.

• Quietness: 10 Personal, especialmente Carlos en la oficina, fue mas alla de sus deberes para conseguir resolver el problema de perdida de llave de la caja fuerte el jueves Santo a las 11 de la noche. Consiguio la llave a traves del Banco, que ya estaba cerrado hasta el proximo lunes. Saliamos al otro dia para Barcelona y teniamos el dinero y los pasaportes en la caja fuerte. Excelente servicio.

• Negative: el hotel (aparthotel) está bastante anticuado. Las habitaciones necesitarían una reforma y el equipamiento de la cocina deja bastante que desear. El frigorífico, bastante ruidoso. Lo recomendaría señalando sus limitaciones.
