• Positive: The updates to the complex and apartments. The location and the views from the garden and pool and some apartments.
• Negative: Badly trained staff. Some even a little hostile (Christina in reception and the restaurant manager). Breakfast was average. Dinner was terrible.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Families
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Travelers with a car
• Cleanliness: 5 Rooms are not cleaned every day, only 3 times a week. Tables and kitchen are not cleaned at all. Would need some towels and cloths for cleaning yourself.
• Location: 10 Great location and views of Puerto Colon and La Gomera. Within walking distance of all most everything.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Wonderful common areas and nice pool. Work still in progress for updating apartments. Restaurant should be redesigned or cancelled.
• Staff: 2.5 In bad need of training. The worst I have met in 8 years in Tenerife. Entertainment almost none.
• Quietness: 2.5 Very close to busy street and bars. Doors and windows are not tight.
• Room: 10 Excellent updates. Spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Some old cabinets should be changed.
• Value for money: 7.5 Great place to stay if you can cook yourself.
