• Negative: We booked the hotel via Internet . As our flight was changed by the aircompany, we had to shorten our trip. We tried to say at the hotel that we would leave one day earlier. It was although impossible - we had to contact the firm ourselves and ask them to send a mail at the hotel where we were at that moment! Otherwise we had to pay for one night after our departure. Incredible.
