• Negative: La falta de intimidad en la habitación, ocasionada por el mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, lo cual nos obligó a dormir con las ventanas abiertas y las cortinas descorridas exponiendo el interior de la habitación a todo aquel que pasaba por el pasillo exterior. También es un punto negativo la falta de un sofá en condiciones, pues lo que hay es un somier y un colchón doblados a la mitad, sin apoyabrazos ni ningún tipo de comodidad. El aire acondicionado no era tal, solo funcionaba en modo ventilador y en la velocidad mas pequeña. No responde al mando. Habitación 141.

• Negative: Noise from next door, Bath was rusty and shower gel container on wall was empty. The sofa had wooden lats missing at one end, it looked grubby and there was a cigarette hole in upholstery. A kitchen drawer was crooked and when you opened it you had to be careful it didn't fall out.
