• Negative: 1) We booked a double bed. They had our reservations in hand but would only give us a room with two single beds. 2) We were only given a tiny piece of soap. We asked the front desk for more soap and were told to go to the shop and buy some! 3) The front desk staff were cold and unwelcoming. We were not happy with this.
