• Negative: Being woken up by cockroach on my neck at midnight and having to move rooms in order to be able to sleep. The response I got to this when I complained - it was treated as not important when in fact it is the thing that has made us not want to rebook.

• Location: 5 Bien situado
• Common facilities and services: 5 Algo deteriorado.
• Staff: 5 Amables
• Quietness: 2.5 Mucho ruido exterior
• Room: 2.5 Equipamiento viejo. Cocina con microondas oxidado en su interior. Flexo de ducha oxidado, simplemente con cambiar o sustituir algunos elementos ganaría mucho. Las cosas cuando no están bien, sobre todo de aspecto hay que cambiarlas si quieren ganar en valoración.
• Value for money: 2.5 Me parece caro para el estado de las instalaciones.

• Value for money: 7.5 Think you’d struggle to find anything better for the price
