• Positive: Secure car park, kitchenette, washing machine, friendly staff, clean, quiet, safe. Cafes are close by (across the street on both sides of the hotel). Great for a good night's sleep or a longer stay. It's not downtown or super close by public transit to the sights. We stayed 3 nights and rented a car so we had no issues. It's actually an apartment building with some suites dedicated to Bib Rambla so you don't feel like a tourist since there are locals who live in the building.
• Negative: The bathtub glass door leaked a bit in the corner. Use earplugs if you're a light sleeper as some week nights the street cleaner truck sweeps the streets at 12:30 am or 1 am. Other than that we slept very well since it's quiet. I think there are some clubs down the street as we saw a prostitute on the corner about 1 block away.

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Luxury, Modern style lovers
• Cleanliness: 7.5 Our bathtub glass door leaked in the corner.
• Location: 2.5 Not close to sights or city center, but close to airport and quiet.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Kitchenette and washing machine in the suite.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful, courteous and friendly.
• Quietness: 7.5 Bring ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper since on some week nights the street cleaner truck drives by around 12:30 or 1 am. Otherwise, very quiet neighborhood.
• Room: 7.5 Comfortable for a short or longer-term stay. Kitchenette and washing machine are very useful.
• Value for money: 10 Secure car park was a bonus for us!
