• Positive: The resort and the bungalows. Good standard! The waiters in the restaurant was really nice. Good service, always a smile.
• Negative: The buffet needs a bit of an upgrade. And it would be great if it was written somewhere what actually was on the buffet (including the allergens and what was vegetarian/vegan). We had no idea what dish belonged to what allergen sign. The service in the reception was rather poor. They have a lot to learn from the waiters in the restaurant. A smile, "how are you", "how was your stay", "good morning", "can I help you", attend the guest first, not your collegues, "thank you", "welcome back"..
