• Staff: 10 Always helpful and very friendly. Receptionist, Housemaid and maintenance man were really helpful.
• Quietness: 5 First few days quiet. Noisy neighbours above us arrived mid week.

• Positive: El trato, la atención, los apartamentos,la limpieza,las vistas etc...Y En RECEPCIÓN LO MEJOR MIENTRAS ESTÉ LA RECEPCIONISTA NO HAY PROBLEMA SIN SOLUCIÓN MAS ATENCIÓN IMPOSIBLE...SUPER GENIAL PORQUE HACE TODO LO POSIBLE PARA QUE LOS VELEROS VALLAN VIENTO EN POPA.......SORAYA NO TE CONOZCO SI NO DE MI ESTANCIA Y TE DIGO QUE OJALÀ HUBIERAN MAS RECEPCIONISTAS QUE FUERAN TAN PROFESIONALES COMO TU.
• Negative: Pues lo que no me gustó no tuvo nada que ver con el alojamiento ni con el hotel,sino la gente que se aloja no cumpla las normas establecidas por el hotel como lo de los escandalos por la noche en los apartamentos de algunos propietarios que se los dejan a muchachitos regaetoneros qye fuman y gritan a deshoras sabiendo que hay personas que van a descansar.Tanbien de no respetar lo de no dejar toallas ocupando amaca..no huvo manera de yo poderme acomodar en ninguna puesto desde que ven que no hay nadie en horas no laborales volvian a reservar amacas ..no tienen consideración..tampoco respetan normas de piscina de no colchonetas ni prlotas puesto que la piscina es genial muy limpia y agradable pero muy pequeña para tantos bartulos...En fin.PERSONAS SEAN MAS CONSIDERABLES PARA PODER DISFRUTAR TODOS YA QUE HAY UN LUGAR DONDE VALE LA PENA.
