  • Positive: Le personnel de l’hôtel a fait son possible pour répondre à mes demandes malgré la barrière de la langue. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Madrid et l'option du parking est très utile.

  • Negative: À notre arrivée j'aurai aimé trouver des bouteilles d'eau offertes. En cette période de grande chaleur, en guise de bienvenue des bouteilles d'eau offertes auraient pû être raffrichissante.

  • Positive: Iba de viaje por un examen oficial. Previamente avise para la localización de la habitación y la posibilidad de parking. Me facilitaron una habitación en una altura de 6@(muy bien) y el coche me permitieron tenerlo hasta las 15h.

  • Negative: Air conditioning was a very very old noisy unit, so couldnt be used and we had to resort to opening the windows which also wasnt ideal as it was very noisy due to the traffic outside as the hotel is on a main road. Also, we were charged 5 euros for booking a taxi to the airport, but were not advised of this at the time of the booking, but by the taxi driver when we arrived at the airport which is scandalous.

The official rate cost from the City Hall of Madrid for a taxi from the airport of Madrid to the centre of the city and viceversa, is 30 euros, which is specified in our web page, also the recepcionists should indicate this type of information, we are sorry if this didn’t occurred, we will reinforce this in order to avoid tricks from taxi drivers.   • Common facilities and services: 10 No falta nada, ni en la habitación, ni en la cocina.
  • Staff: 10 El personal no puede ser más amable ni más servicial. Estupendo.
  • Quietness: 7.5 Se oyen un poco las voces de otras habitaciones.
  • Room: 7.5 La habitación era suficiente para dos y un niño de 10 años. Las camas muy buenas. La vista era lo peor, porque daba a los techos del Senado. Pero no se oían ruidos de la calle.
