• Common facilities and services: 10 Maintenance problems - lamps with non functioning light bulbs. A terrible smell in the bathroom but I realise this is a problem throughout Barcelona. The smell can be controlled by closing all drain covers.

• Negative: Pans for stove needed to be induction compatible, yet several were not. A sharp cutting knife would be a nice addition as well.
