• Negative: The noise on the hallway during the night and in the morning hours (normally caused by the hotel guests, ocasionally also by the service personell), the lack of control over the non-smoking rooms (the smoke from the cigarretes was ocasionally coming to the room from windows, because other guests were smoking on thw window sills and since the rooms are in semi detached house, no one from the hotel staff could prevent them.
