    "Gracias por su valoración. La calefacción no se había encendido por un fallo, del cual tuvimos constancia muy tarde esa noche. A la mañana siguiente estaba solucionado. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con dos sistemas de calefacción para casos como este."

    "Gracias por su valoración. Desconocíamos que podría haber una mancha. Pero con mancha aún seguro que estaba limpio pues tenemos extremo cuidado en la ropa de cama. El sistema de edredón y cubre-edredón es el más limpio del mercado. Si nos lo hubiera comentado lo podríamos haber solucionado en el momento."
