"Estimado cliente: lamentamos su pobre experiencia. Somos obsesivos con la limpieza por lo cual entendemos que su caso fue totalmente casual, y nos sorprende que no nos haya hecho saber de ese incidente durante su estancia. Esta es la primera noticia que tenemos. Respecto de ruidos: su habitación cuenta con dos ventanas dobles, que si permanecen cerradas impiden casi el 100% de los ruidos de la calle. Lamentamos que haya tenido una vecina ruidosa, no es algo que podamos controlar en todos los casos. Saludos. A. Di Stefano - Director"
