• Positive: A pesar de estar situado en punto céntrico y estratégico de la ciudad se puede decir que el descanso nocturno es total gracias al silencio que hay en las estancias del hotel. Aun dando la habitación a la calle Carrera de San Jerónimo como era en nuestro caso

• Cleanliness: 2.5 the bathroom wasn't cleaned to good. Some dark long hairs on the ground
• Location: 10 Perfect location
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Even though we hang the towels to use them again, but the cleaning lady did change the towels for the next day. Very good service! Everything needed in the room.
• Staff: 5 a question if everything was to our satisfaction could have been asked at checkout.
• Quietness: 5 in a room close to the reception the noise is loud. The doorbell, telephone, loud conversation at reception
• Room: 7.5 Little bathroom but fine. Good room with all things needed.
• Value for money: 5

• Positive: Muy buena Situacion. Muy cerca del centro sin estar en el bullicio de calle principal. A dos pasos de Sol y del Retiro. Amabilidad y buen trato del personal. Son todos muy agradables y educados. Recepcion 24 horas.
• Negative: Se escucha demasiado lo q ocurre en habitaciones contiguas y pasillo, de noche. Por lo demas, un establecimiento tranquilo y basico, pero muy agradable.

• Staff: 10 Muy atentos y agradables en recepcion. Y el servicio de limpieza tambien.
• Quietness: 7.5 Falta un poco de insonoridad en habitaciones. Ruido exterior ni se nota.
• Room: 5 Normal. Se podria mejorar un poco algunos detalles.
• Value for money: 5 Se paga bastante la ubicacion tan cerca del centro creo. Pero ciertas noches como la del domingo estuvo muy bien d precio.

• Negative: Las toallas. ¿Por qué si son blancas tienen un color gris? ¿No pudieran lavarlas con algún detergente o producto que las mantuviera blancas? No es muy agradable secarse con toallas que parece como si no estuvieran bien lavadas.

• Location: 10 near the Puerta del Sol and all the major points of interest in madrid, that one can reach on foot
• Common facilities and services: 7.5
• Staff: 10 very friendly and helpful staff. Got there quite early, but after showing me two rooms to choose, the receptionist could get us a room on the 4th floor. During our stay, I had a problem and another receptionist was very kind and helpful.
• Quietness: 5 We had a room with view on the street. It certainly is nicer, but also noisier. If you prefer it noiseless, choose ont with an interior view.
• Room: 7.5 Our room was spacious enough. The beds were very good. I really liked the bathroom.
• Value for money: 7.5 yes, it was value for money.
