• Positive: The location. Perfectly near Las Ramblas! Clean towels and making the bed every day! Very friendly staff, allthough they didn't speak english.
• Negative: All the stairs.. 4th floor and no lift.... It was not a good first impression, cause the building is in poor shape, old and dirty. The rooms were old and the furniture in poor condition. I recommend earplugs if you want a good nights sleep, cause it is very loud.. The webpage also needs an update.. There is no internet, and the coffee+water machine is also out of order..

• Positive: It's in one of the side streets of Las Ramblas, so perfect location. Very friendly staff (only Spanish speaker!).
• Negative: Not enough breakfast tables for all lodgers. Picture of room not really the one we got...considering its size and state...

• Quietness: 7.5 You can hear when others close and open their doors, but otherwise ok.
• Room: 5 Much smaller and less taken care of than indicated on website. However, bed very comfortable, and all amenities ok and there.
• Value for money: 5 If we had booked sooner, Im sure we could have found a better value for money but as a last minute reservation, it was fine.

• Negative: El ruido por las noches, en recepción tienen la tele muy alta o si llega algún huésped borracho y gritando no dicen nada. Las habitaciones son muy viejas, yo tenía una individual al lado del baño y tenía humedades y encima la cama era curva.

• Cleanliness: Not rated No se puede saber con realidad puesto que el sitio está tan descuidado que si está limpio, da sensación de sucio. Las mesas para "desayunar" no se limpiaron en los días que estuve y había restos de pan.
