"Lamentamos la avería sufrida por el aparato de aire acondicionado de su habitación; son cosas que pueden suceder e imprevistas. No obstante, como bien recordará, se le hizo un devolución de dinero por ese motivo aunque prácticamente sólo estuviesen en el establecimiento para pernoctar...."
