• Negative: Podría haber un poco más de limpieza, he sido camarera de piso y si como funcionan los hoteles pero hay que ser más meticuloso con detalles como las colchas que se deben cambiar en caso que estén manchadas de un cliente a otro y más cuando son blancas.

• Cleanliness: 5 Lo único que pondría a mejorar sería estar más pendiente de la limpieza de colchas y mantas.
• Location: 10 Mejor situado, imposible, en plena Gran Vía, y que no tenga restaurante no es ningún problema, abajo hay unos 100 montaditos donde desayunar estupendamente por 1.90E en plena GRAN VÍA... o muchas más opciones

• Quietness: 10 Ni te das cuenta de que estas en plena GRAN VÍA, no se oye nada
• Room: 10 Pequeñitas, pero no se necesita más
• Value for money: 10 61 Euros por noche por pareja por dormir en plena GRAN VÍA, más que bien comparando los precios de la ciudad
