• Location: 10 Not doubt the best part about the hotel. You have the best possible location you could expect

• Quietness: 5 The hotel is in an old building and there seemed to always be noise from the tenants above us. One night there was some kind of part that went on until 4 30 which made it impossible to sleep.
• Room: 7.5 Very small bathroom but very large bedroom
• Value for money: 10 Given the cost I thought it was a great value for the money.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The room and reception area are very clean.
• Location: 10 Love the location is very central and quiet. Prefer this location than in the center of Arenal.
• Common facilities and services: 5 We had requested to clean the room in hoping to get additional soap but the facilities did not even check or provided. Since we are staying more than one days, so we will required extra soap or shampoo. Also there is no facial tissue. This is very important to lady travelers.
• Staff: 10 Staffs were excellent and courtiers.
• Quietness: 10 The place was very quiet.
• Room: 7.5 Room is large, bathroom was sufficient but no counter space. There is no view even there is window to the room. The bedspread is a little used as i can see hair ball on the bed sheet. The bed and there is no spring box.
• Value for money: 7.5 With the location, the value is excellent.
