• Common facilities and services: 5 This hotel does not have a common area, which is not unusual for pensions.
• Staff: 10 Cristina and Ellie were extremely courteous and willing to help out in any way they could.
• Quietness: 2.5 We had a room right beside reception and above the street level. We could hear everyone coming and going and music from the café below.
• Room: 7.5 Very large room, with little closet space. Definitely room to add a wardrobe. Free room safe and lovely shower.
• Value for money: 7.5 I had asked for a quiet upper room and as I had booked for 3 days in early July for October, I was disappointed to have a first floor room that was not quiet. Otherwise the staff, room and location were very good.

• Cleanliness: 10 The staff was great and did a super job keeping the facility perfectly clean.
• Location: 10 Great location just across the park from the Palace.

• Staff: 10 The staff was wonderful. Clear directions on how to find the hotel were emailed ahead of time.
• Quietness: 5 Our room was above a restaurant and each night from 7 to midnight there was a pianist playing. Did enjoy that.
• Room: 5 We had a great view of the Palace. The room was quite large. Shower was great.
• Value for money: 10 The price was very reasonable and a continental breakfast was included.
