• Cleanliness: 7.5 baños muy limpios, solo hacen la limpieza de la hab en las mañanas.
• Location: 10 El hostal esta muy bien bien ubicado, a solo 2 cuadras de la Gran Vía, muchas tascas, locales nocturnos, discotecas, tiendas de alimentos, supermercados, a los alrededores, cerca de muchos puntos turísticos.

• Staff: 10 El personal del hostal todos muy amable, y muy dispuestos a darte recomendaciones de la ciudad.
• Quietness: 2.5 Si la habitación da al patio interno la tranquilidad es máxima, pero si el balcón da al exterior en las noches hay bastante ruido por los locales nocturnos que hay en esa calle.
• Room: 5 algunas habitaciones son con balcón hacia el exterior, el tamaño de las habitaciones lo normal y necesario. muebles y ropa de cama en buen estado. tv plasma.

• Negative: The hotel was run by the most awful, cranky man who micromanaged everyone and was extremely unpleasant to interact with. It really made me dislike my stay here.

• Staff: Not rated Most of the staff was perfectly fine, but the man who appeared to be the manager/owner was downright awful

• Value for money: 2.5 I just can't feel satisfied with my stay here when that one staff member was so incredibly unpleasant to interact with.
