• Positive: The setting and atmosphere of the hotel was one of its kind! Very special! The room & bathroom was very clean. Service & staff was always friendly.
• Negative: As we didn't reach anyone via phone we booked a double room via the official website. We didn't know that pilgrims get a cheaper double room (including breakfast) if they book via mail or phone. So we booked the hotel rate of the room excluding breakfast which was 15€ more than the pilgrims price. When trying to ask if there was a change of booking possible, reception staff was not able to at least explain the prices or change the booking or any other concession possible, for example free breakfast.
