• Quietness: 2.5 Quite a noisy street due to central location. At night the blinds cut out some noise
• Room: 5 Nice room but not much space with three beds. View to the street wasn't pretty but a typical Madrid scene

• Positive: Location and the room facilities. Reception staff were helpful!
• Negative: Housekeeping. Not all toiletries were restocked daily even thou the bottles were empty. No biggie there. But my toiletry bag was thrown away as it was deemed broken by the housekeeping lady. Owner made her compensate me but I had declined. It would be nice to have an apology but nothing from the housekeeping lady. She even had an unhappy face during my remaining stay there.

• Cleanliness: 10 No he encontrado en ningún sitio ninguna muestra de falta de higiene, algo muy común incluso en hoteles de categoría
• Location: 10 En el lugar más céntrico de Madrid
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Servicios los de un hostal de su categoría, los necesarios. Quizá hubiese echado en falta algún detalle como un secador de pelo y algún amenitie, pero bastante ajustado a su precio
• Staff: 7.5 Me explicaron al llegar lo necesario, fuera de eso no hubo más comunicación
• Quietness: 5 Muy ruidoso en el interior, supongo que eso también dependa de los huéspedes y su educación, en este caso me costó dormir y por la mañana hay demasiado ruido (limpieza, se oye todo de los baños, etc)
• Room: 7.5 Vistas a un patio de luces, lo que hacía que apenas entrase luz, muy limpia, cama cómoda, baño fuera de la habitación lo que lo hace un poco farragoso entrar y salir y andar abriendo y cerrando, pero bien en general
• Value for money: 10 Muy ajustada y adecuada
