Hostal Jemasaca-Palma61 is situated in a street in the very heart of the city of Madrid, in Malasaña, one of the most popular areas of the city, less than 10 minutes on foot from Gran Vía and Plaza de España, and close to the main tourist sites like Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace.   • Cleanliness: 10 we had clean towels every day.
  • Location: 7.5 walking distance to the center (10-15 mins) and in between 3 subway stations.
  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 Only Flat TV. No fridge, nothing to do in common area and no breakfast.
  • Staff: 10 Very welcoming and helpful. 24h someone at the front desk. You could get in and out anytime.
  • Quietness: 2.5 Poor sound proofing between the rooms. Not so much noise from the street. If you don't mind it doesn't bother your sleep.
  • Room: 7.5 Regular size, double bed and bathroom. Not any room left for any other activities but you don't need it anyway.
  • Value for money: 10 excellent value for money.

  • Cleanliness: 10 Toallas limpias, camas echas, buena limpieza en general y reposición de jabones y demás a diario.
  • Location: 10 Cerca de la estación de metro y de la gran via, que es el centro de la ciudad.

  • Staff: 10 Personal muy amable y nos indico zonas por donde movernos, estaciones de metro cercanas y demás.
  • Quietness: 10 No había ruido por la noche del exterior y apenas de los vecinos al cerrar las puertas.
  • Room: 7.5 Tamaño mas que suficiente, televisión grande y baño pequeño, pero bien equipado y cómodo. Vistas al patio interior.
  • Value for money: 7.5 Limpio y cómodo por un precio correcto.

  • Positive: La habitación, como la de un hotel 3 estrellas. Baño nuevo y moderno. Todo muy limpio. Además está en Malasaña que es para mí uno de los mejores barrios de Madrid tanto por la noche con su gran oferta de bares "alternativos" como por el día (tiendas de 2a mano, comida internacional, precios asequibles, mucho ambiente en la calle de gente joven...). Está en el barrio, pero alejado de la zona de bullicio nocturno por lo que no hay ruidos.
  • Negative: No tuvimos ningún problema y merece la pena este sitio, pero por comentar algo que no nos gustó, se agradecería que el personal de recepción fuese un poco más acogedor, hola, adiós, gracias, qué tal... No sé, el escaso trato que tuvimos fue correcto sin problemas, pero se agradece una sonrisa o un ¿qué tal?Casi ni dijeron adiós cuando nos fuimos.
