"Buenos días. Lo primero de todo decirle que lamentamos mucho su incapacidad para realizar la reserva. Usted reservó una habitación básica y de hecho se lo demostramos esa misma noche con su hoja de reserva. En 5 años es el primer cliente que tiene dudas sobre las categorías de las habitaciones en nuestra página web, están perfectamente diferenciadas. Por otro lado recordarle que cuando usted contactó por teléfono con nosotros lo único que nos preguntó fue si la cama era de matrimonio y nos preguntó por un parking. EN NINGÚN MOMENTO NOS PREGUNTÓ POR LA CATEGORÍA DE LA HABITACIÓN, pero si tenemos en cuenta que vino a recepción a reclamarnos por que un vehículo(ajeno a nosotros) estaba aparcado en una plaza de minusválidos y no tenía la acreditación... Por último, sólo decirle que si usted elige la tarifa mas económica de la habitación más económica es poco probable que le den la mejor habitación. y comentarle que la persona encargada del hostal está todavía esperando a que usted hable con ella y le pida explicaciones tal y como "amenazó". Gracias"
