• Positive: woman at front desk was very helpful with suggestions about sightseeing, showing us the map and booking an airport shuttle.

• Common facilities and services: 5 did not seem to be any common facilities. there was good wifi though.
• Staff: 10 staff woman was unusually helpful in making suggestions for sightseeing and going over the map with us. She also saved us some money and hassle by booking an airport shuttle that was convenient and great value.
• Quietness: 5 read some reviews complaining of this. there was some outside noise but nothing that keep us up or was even that noticeable really.
• Room: 5 room was very small and sparse. But this place for us was about getting a cheap bed right downtown. bed was very comfy.
• Value for money: 10 This was the cheapest room we could fine directly downtown. The room and everything is very small and minimal but for a comfy bed directly downtown to explore from, this is a great value.

• Cleanliness: 10 Exceptuando un sobrecito de champú que alguien se dejó en la ducha y estuvo allí las 2 veces que me duché.

• Staff: 10 La chica que estaba es encantadora, siempre sonreía y me ofreció información sobre Madrid son pedírsela. Deberían tomar nota otros establecimientos incluso más caros. Atención PERFECTA!!!!
• Quietness: 7.5 Muy bien, exceptuando que no hay insonorización.
• Room: 7.5 Minúscula pero muy acogedora. Cuidad intención estética, que se agradece mucho!
• Value for money: 10 Muy recomendable para ir un par de noches, sobretodo si uno solo va a ducharse y dormir. Yo volveré y lo recomendaré.
