• Negative: Que no me dieron la habitación que yo había reservado. Me dieron una inferior, lo cual me produjo bastante malestar. Es una pena, porque tuve muy buena estancia de no haber sido por eso. Me sentí estafada. Lo recomendaría, pero advirtiendo de que les den la habitación que han pagado y no una inferior.
