"Buenos días, Le damos las gracias por alojarse con nosotros y por su valoración, la cual nos ha sorprendido bastante, sobre todo la parte de los servicios adicionales. Tenemos un par de secadores en recepción, para prestar a quien lo necesite y totalmente gratis. También imprimimos cualquier documento que necesite el cliente con un costo extra de 1 euros por página. Sentimos si ha habido algún malentendido al darle la información."
