• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: Excellent views of the skyline and streetlife of Madrid. Staff of young men were very helpful and enthusiastic (we had contact with four different ones), and all spoke English well. Good location and easy to find by car.
• Negative: Parking very expensive nearby (but that's not the fault of the hotel). The street facing the hotel was a favorite for prostitutes, but this wasn't really a problem unless you are a single woman or have young children. The noise outside never stopped, but that seems to be a function of staying in downtown Madrid (Eurocup 2012 was also taking place).
