• Negative: The owner was very rude and unpleasant. She didn't want to honor our reservation simply because we didn't have it printed out on paper. We did have a confirmation number and the email from the hotel but she wouldn't accept these at first.

• Quietness: 5 The hotel itself is very quiet, but the walls of the rooms are very thin so everybody can hear what you're saying/doing, etc.
