• Positive: The location was perfect and I also had a comfortable stay there.
• Negative: I think a little bit more use of English from the hostel staff would have been appreciated for tourists who cannot speak or understand Spanish language.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Very nice desktops that guests can use for free, but wireless wasnt too great in the room I stayed in.
• Staff: 2.5 There was a very long wait on the day I checked in and I found the staff rather inflexible although they were lovely people. For travellers who cannot speak or understand Spanish, it might be a little bit hard to communicate with them.

• Positive: It was very close to Plaza Isabell which we loved. Close to Cathedral, Palace etc.. Recently remolded so very nice. Personal was accommodating.
