• Cleanliness: 10 Our rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday. The rooms looked and felt new.

• Common facilities and services: 5 The wifi had intermittent coverage.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly ladies running the place.
• Quietness: 7.5 The noise is only obvious when you open the balcony windows facing the street.
• Room: 10 For the price paid, the room was spacious. There is a heater in every room (we were there in winter) and a safe.
• Value for money: 10 one of the best hostal places we stayed in, in Spain.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 The staff did not understand how to use the computer/printer service that they offered. Thus wasting over an hour of our time when all we had to do was go across the street to print our tickets.
• Staff: 5 Not very helpful.
• Quietness: 5 In great location, but extremely noisy street. However, I am assuming if we had an interior room, without s broken window, that would not close properly, the noise wouldn't have been a problem.
• Room: 5 Half the hostal has been updated and remodeled. We stayed in an older room.
• Value for money: 5 Stayed in better places for cheaper. The free "breakfast" is not worth it. Consists of bread and coffee. There are places that offer a free breakfast that actually is a breakfast.

• Room: 2.5 Habitación pequeña y baño antiguo por el precio pagado. Se escuchan todos los ruidos de los vecinos. No vale 60 euros la noche
