"Estimado Sr. Lamentamos no haber podido proporcionarle cama de matrimonio y le pido disculpas por no haber podido solucionar más rapidamente el contratiempo del lavabo. No obstante según usted comentó en Recepción, no parecía ser un problema tan grave. Respecto a todo lo demás, nos parecen apreciaciones MUY subjetivas y de las que no hemos tenido quejas de ningún otro cliente. Usted contrató una habitación Estandar, que son nuestras habitaciones más basicas y más baratas, pero que disponen de un equipamiento completo y unos estandares de confort óptimos. Hablar de un baño "obsoleto", habitación demasiado pequeña o de un espacio reservado para el coche.... pagando 31 euros por persona y noche (desayuno incluido) nos parece fuera de lugar."
