• Cleanliness: 10 Everywhere was absolutely immaculate
• Location: 10 just off plaza sol
• Common facilities and services: 5 ok
• Staff: 7.5 v. friendly, even though we couldn't understand each other. they didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish.
• Quietness: 7.5 my room was 'internal, so there was no street noise.
• Room: 7.5 it was small, but perfectly adequate. The bathroom wasn't the biggest I have used, but it wasn't the smallest either
• Value for money: 7.5 for a couple of nights, travelling on my own it was a perfectly acceptable base. would go back!

• Location: 10 the metro was only a block away, and it is in the heart of the tourist areas with tons of shops, restaurants and cafes, and also within walking distance to several museums and the royal palace

• Quietness: 7.5 the level of quietness depends on who is staying inside the hotel. in general, the windows were high quality and blocked out most of the outside noises.
• Room: 5 the rooms are tiny, but do have several pieces of furniture including mirrors and an armoire. the bathroom is also small, but does include shampoo/shower gel and a hair dryer.
