• Positive: I liked the fact that the beds in my room (17) were not facing each other but were next to each other, one after the other... so you don't turn around and see someone sleeping.
• Negative: Nothing.

• Cleanliness: 10 I stayed one night and everything was clean.
• Location: 7.5 Good position. 20 minutes on foot to the old part of the city and fewer to the modern part. 5 minutes to the Guggenheim and Calatrava Bridge.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 They pretty much have everything you might need. Hairdryers, vending machines, soap, maps etc.
• Staff: 10 Everyone was easygoing and helpful. Would have liked to chat more, but I stayed only for one night.
• Quietness: 10 We were only two in the room and the other girl was very nice and we became friends. No noise from her nor noises heard from outside.
• Room: 7.5 Basic and simple. Bed was confortable, I hit my head a few times though.
• Value for money: 7.5 There were some cheaper options online, but I'm happy with my choice considering the overall experience. Would definitely choose it again.

• Positive: I like the infrastructure of hostel (tidy beds and bathrooms) and the location was good as well. Also to have a bar and a restaurant in the hostel is a bonus.
