• Negative: First of all, we received an invitation to give our opinion, but we could not stay at your accommodation because the COVID-19 situation. We tried several times before, during and after our period to contact you by mail and phone, but no one is responding. We find this a very unprofessional. Aldo we had the intention to take up our stay in a later period (after the Covid-19) We hope at least to have a reply with your proposal how to deal with the fact that we could not stay over, knowing that we payed the full amount beginning of January this year looking forwward for a reply
