• Positive: 2 things: First the owner, Jimmy, was very helpful and provided excellent advice regarding things to do, where to eat and local transportation alternates. Second, the location of the hotel is rightin theaction and made it easy to walk or use the metro to go to all the main tourist sites.

• Cleanliness: 10 We stayed for 6 nights. The room was cleaned well everyday
• Location: 10 close to most of thebig tourist attractions, the metro, and several train stations.

• Staff: 10 Jimmy was very attentive and made every effort to insure we were enjoying our stay. He and his wife provcided detailed directions for using the metro, train and bus transport for our excursions.
• Quietness: 7.5 Our room balcony opened onto the street and we left the balcony door open so we did hear some noise; however it did not bother us.
• Room: 10 We had a balcony which opened onto the street near the plaza. We had good views and enjoyed the fresh air.
• Value for money: 10 This was an excellent botique hotel that met all our needs and pleasantly surprised us with its excellent location and hard-working owner.
