• Negative: Lots of things were not working in the apartment 4 (broken heating, curtains falling, no hot water on one of the days) and most of the staff were not really willing to help (I say most cause one was quite helpful).

• Negative: Not so clean (stained sheets...), Noisy. Unfriendly. Way too expensive considering the lack of quality. Each day a new problem (the curtain falls, the hot water doesn't work, the heating is broken...). Oh, and you have to pay for anything "extra".

• Cleanliness: 5 The room was fine, and the common area and computer lab, but the bathromm was not. The floor was always wet and there was hair all over it all the time. If they had cleaned it everyday it probably would have been jsut fine
• Location: 10 Very close to La Ramblas, Catalunya, and the Pier. You can walk just about anywhere you want to go.
