• Location: 10 en plena arteria comercial de la ciudad, justo al lado de la gran via de madrid

• Staff: 10 el personal era muy agradable, estaban siempre a tu disposicion, fuera la ora q fuese.
• Quietness: 5 yo creo q la zona tiene q ser en general tranquila, pero en los dias de mi estancia era la fiesta del orgullo y habia musica y cosas debajo del hostal para celebrarlo. por cierto muy buena fiesta

• Negative: Algunas deficiencias en apertura y cierre de ventana y puerta del baño.Timbre podría ser con señal luminosa y no acústica en las horas nocturnas por ej. entre las 12 noche y las 7 ó las 8 de la mañana.

• Location: 10 Located just off the Gran Via, close to bars and restaurants, but the double glazing keeps the noise out
• Common facilities and services: 5 The hotel would benefit from a drinks machine or similar, as its not big enough to provide breakfast
• Staff: 10 The staff were very helpful. They dont speak much english, but that was known before we arrived
• Quietness: 7.5 slight noise from the next room
• Room: 7.5 Good sized twin room with wardrobe and side tables. The view was over a lovely plaza. The room provided a shower room ensuite
• Value for money: 10 Excellent

• Location: 10 Cèntric.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Disposa de wifi gratuït. Lloc un pèl llòbrec.
• Staff: 7.5 Correcció.
• Quietness: 7.5 Força tranquil.
• Room: 5 L%27habitació doble amb dos llits és, senzillament, correcta. Molt petita, però. El labavo és diminut.
• Value for money: Not rated Tot i que en general l%27hostal és correcte, el preu resulta molt elevat pel que és i ofereix.
