• Room: 7.5 we were first allocated a room on the 3rd floor which was a little small, however, we asked if there were any larger rooms available and to the front of the hotel with a small balcony, the staff were extremely helpful and we moved the following morning.

• Quietness: 2.5 sound proofing towards outside in our room facing the noisy street and square could have been better.
• Room: 7.5 We had an outstanding view towards the square and fountain. Our room was rather small and triangle shaped, apparently due to its location in the side "tower" of the building, however the normal rooms that we happened to overlook were good sized.
