• Negative: Bar staff attitude - why ask us down for afternoon tea if no courtesy is to be displayed - my wife had to wait nearly 15 mins for someone to pass her a jug of milk whilst her tea went cold - staff attempted to look busy in a sparsely populated bar but failed to attend to a genuine customer.

• Location: 10 Right in the middle of La Rambla, but also with the nice cafe corner and the vegan restaurant behind is excellent.

• Staff: 10 Always nice and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 A quiet atmosphere that calms you down, still with a lot of possibilities for activity.
• Room: 10 Always excellent. I have stayed on this hotel many times, it is my favorite when I am in Barcelona.
• Value for money: 7.5 Yes, it's worth it. But a lower price every once in a while would have gotten me there more often.
