• Negative: No poder hacer un late check out.....teniendo categoria 4 estrellas no pueden decirte que no es posible porque el servicio de limpieza se retira temprano y que solo es posible 2 hs de late check out.....y lo otro que no haya servicio de room service desayuno.

• Positive: Location was nice, away from the centre, but easily accessible by Metro. Staff helpful and friendly. free internet in lobby.
• Negative: Very thin walls. Could hear guests in next room, and they were very noisy. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Mini bar empty apart from 3 cans of fizzy drinks and was not cold. Not up to 4 star rating in my opinion.
