• Positive: Staff at receptionist desk was great! Beds and pillows were really comfortable!
• Negative: Room had an odd configuration. Where the desk was there was no overhead light and no desk lamp. The tissue receptacle in the bathroom was empty.

• Location: 7.5 It's a great location if you're coming in to Santa Justa train station. Bit of a walk into the city center, but the staff will tell you what bus to take.
