• Location: 7.5 You can take Alhambra bus at front of AC hotel. Also you can get Air port bus after 5 minites walk.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Free mini bar was great!! 3 beers, 4 cokes, 2 bottle of water, and 4 juices. All those were free of charge.
• Staff: 7.5 They are very kind.

• Positive: The combination of the old and new. Very modern contemporary reception Area and old style Dining and Courtyrad areas.
• Negative: Cant say I disliked anything about my stay. Receptionist was a bit slow about preparing final bill.....but hey it is Spain!!

• Cleanliness: 10 Standard of cleanliness was superb
• Location: 10 Most places of interest were within easy walking distance. Difficult to arrive by car because of one way street system
• Common facilities and services: 10 Food in the Dining Room was haute cuisine at its best
• Staff: 10 Staff were very polite and helpful. The staff in the Dining Room downstairs were charming.(Why cant you find this service in the rest of Spain!!.They can do it when they want!!)
• Quietness: 10 Windows had an inner and an outer window, both of which were double glazed. No inner or outer sounds could be heard.
• Room: 10 Bedroom was spacious. Limited wardrobe space though. View was only out onto the street.
• Value for money: 10 I felt i got value for money for the services provided.
