• Negative: Hotel looked immaculate in the photographs, we thought the hotel was very run down, the bedroom was not clean and needs a thorough cleaning program. The gardens were very untidy, the terrace where we had a meal needs weeded and pressure washed. The staff were friendly when you could eventually find someone. We had a terrace room on the top floor we were awake from 3am as it sounded like work was going on in the upstairs rooms it was so bad. We told this to the lady at checkout, she did not appear to be interested. This has to be the worst hotel we have stayed in, it is a pity as it could be fabulous.

• Negative: la atención pues me confundí al hacer la reserva y llame nada mas hacerlo pero no me dieron opción a nada. y la limpieza en cuanto al baño, si dejabas botes vacíos de champú no te los retiraban y tampoco te reponían lo suficiente ya que estábamos en una habitación triple.
