• Location: 10 At the bottom of the hill but the walk up the steps was not bad (and I used a cane!).
• Common facilities and services: 10 Plenty of tables inside and outside and excellent wifi reception - but only in the common room (but not in our individual room). Many books available for guests to read
• Staff: 10 Friendly and most helpful, found us a space to park the car, helped with our bags, gave advice on where to eat and what to see.
• Quietness: 10 On the edge of town down the hill and away from the noise of the tourist areas.
• Room: 5 Bathroom and shower were somewhat cramped and difficult to maneuver in.
• Value for money: 7.5

• Room: 10 Moorish decor was fun, especially liked the long and deep tub.
• Value for money: 10 Especially good value when you consider the breakfast provided.

• Positive: The hotel's setting is beautiful and peaceful. It was great being able to look out at the adjacent fields and horse pens rather than a crowded street.
• Negative: On the ground level, the access from the terrace to the gardens was such that a guest from the adjoining room would cross our terrace to get to the patio so that he could have a better wireless access.

• Location: 10 A bit of a hike up into the town. This was not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, you may want to keep this in mind.

• Room: 10 We were upgraded to a terrace room. The view was excellent. No qualms other than the adjacent guest crossing our terrace to get to the patio.
