• Staff: Not rated They were not interested or even friendy; When we needed help to get dinner after 10 pm they didn't even care...

• Positive: the high quality of client care and attention given by all members of the staff. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.
• Negative: New tables in the restaurant. They are too small (for 2 diners) and give the impression of a cheap 'down town cafe' rather than a 4 star hotel. The dining arrangements for clients when dining occupancy is low. I fully understand the need to rearrange the evening dining venue for clients, but the bar area is not conducive for evening meal dining. It would be better to physically partition off a section of the restaurant and still provide the set menu. In the summer this year and recently members of my family have dined in an adjacent hotel because the Bar-B-Q opening time was too late (in the summer) or Alixares meals were being served in the bar. Replace the 2 table lamps in the lounge area to allow for a 'warmer' atmosphere rather than the 'cold' existing lighting. Replace the TV to a corner of the lounge. The screen is sighted directly above a guest seating area and is obtrusive. It gives the impression of a Sports Bar!
