• Cleanliness: 10 happy with everthing, some days the towels were thin,in the rooms.
• Location: 10 in the main street with all amenities on hand
• Common facilities and services: 10 lovely food.excellent entertainment
• Staff: 10 all staff polite and heipful
• Quietness: 10 we were in a room right on the main street but heard nothing late at night
• Room: 5 needs a little upgrading but lovely and warm it was January beds comfy and made well every day to some days were thin and did not dry well
• Value for money: 10 could not fault the price we paid, cheaper than being at home

• Negative: There was a few faults in room for 11 they were fixed example balcony door lock was broken hair dryer was broken and base of bed was in very bad condition and very uncomfortable as the bed kept moving on the floor every time you turn or Twist. We really loved this hotel and that's the first time we've had this issue

• Staff: 10 Got to know a good few of the staff over the years absolutely excellent no faults whatsoever they bend over backwards
• Quietness: 10 You know what to expect when you go benidorm obviously you're here a bit of noise.
• Room: 10 Only One criticism you would want to check your double beds It was in a very bad state in room 411 very hard to get a good night's sleep because the beds move when you move around.
• Value for money: 10 Our Christmas stay was absolutely awesome, Very well organised for Christmas Day

• Positive: Friendly staff, spotlessly clean hotel, good selection of food, ( but terrible bacon, full of fat and not cooked fully ) free secure parking if stay is 10 days or more.
• Negative: late night noise from music bars, but ends about midnight. we knew about it, so cannot complain, but just saying for new comers.
